Contact Form Our website offers the option to contact us directly via a contact form. After you submit the contact form, the controller will process the personal data you have entered for the purpose of handling your inquiry, based on the consent you provide by submitting the form, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, until such consent is revoked.
There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. Failure to provide such data simply means that you will not be able to submit your request and we will not be able to process it.
Security Services
On this website, we use services provided by security providers, such as CAPTCHA services, to prevent non-human and automated input.
Google reCAPTCHA
If you give your consent, we will process your personal data in collaboration with Google reCAPTCHA, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as joint controllers, for the purpose of preventing non-human and automated input. In doing so, we allow the service to set cookies and collect connection data and data from your web browser. In addition, we allow the service to generate a user ID for the unique identification of the user within the advertising network operated by Google. Data is stored on your device for a period of up to two years.
The legal basis for data processing is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. If you do not provide your consent, you will not be able to use reCaptcha or the associated forms.
You can revoke any consent you have already given by changing your privacy settings.
The Google Group transfers your personal data to the United States. The legal basis for the data transfer to the United States is your consent pursuant to Article 49(1)(a) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, in conjunction with Section 25 of the TTDSG. You were informed prior to giving your consent that the United States does not have a level of data protection that meets EU standards. In particular, U.S. intelligence agencies can access your data without your knowledge and without you being able to take legal action against it. For this reason, the European Court of Justice has ruled that the previous adequacy decision (Privacy Shield) is invalid.
Web fonts
Font Awesome
We process connection data and browser data in collaboration with our data processor, Font Awesome, Fonticons, Inc., 6 Porter Road, Apartment 3R, Cambridge, MA 02140, USA, for the purpose of providing the fonts required by the web browser to display the website. This data is processed only for the time necessary to select and transmit the fonts.
The legal basis for data processing is legitimate interest (the absolute technical necessity of providing and delivering the “Website” service that you have expressly requested by visiting the site) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
To the extent that Fontawesome processes the data further on its own, Fontawesome is solely responsible for such processing. For more details, please refer to Fontawesome’s privacy policy.
Right to Object
If your personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to such processing.
Unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing on our part, the processing of your data will be discontinued on this legal basis.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object, your personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing purposes.
The lawfulness of the data processed up to the time of the objection remains unaffected by the objection.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw any consent you have previously given at any time by changing your privacy settings.
If you have consented to receive electronic marketing, you may withdraw your consent by clicking the unsubscribe link. In this case, processing will cease unless there is another legal basis for it.
The lawfulness of the data processed up until the time of withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
Data Subject Rights
You also have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data.
If the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent or a contract entered into with you, you also have the right to data portability.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. You can find more information about the supervisory authorities in the European Union here.
